This American Red Cross Lifeguard certification class includes Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid. Attendance at all class sessions and successful completion are required to receive certification. A lunch break will be provided. Ages 15 and up.

Water Safety Instructor course will train and certify participants to be a swimming and water safety instructor. We teach a blended learning course format with online education, classroom and in-water components. American Red Cross requires all Water Safety Instructor candidates to complete the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Online Course prior to the first class date. There is a $37 non-refundable fee due to the American Red Cross for the online pre-course. You will receive instructions on how to complete this at the time of sign up. Attendance at all class sessions and successful completion are required to receive certification Lunch breaks will be provided. Ages 16 and up.

Become certified to teach the American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers, Administering Emergency Oxygen, and Bloodborne Pathogens classes. This course prepares instructor candidates to use course and presentation materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the progress of candidates in a professional-level course. There is a $37 non-refundable fee due to the American Red Cross for the online pre-course. You will receive instructions on how to complete this at the time of sign up. Participants should bring a lunch. Ages 17 and up.
The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program helps participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed.
The Junior Lifeguard Program introduces participants to skills needed for entry to the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course. Participants will learn communication and decision-making skills, and the basic responsibilities of a lifeguard. The program does not certify participants in the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course. Participants must pass basic swimming skills test prior to registration. Ages 11 – 14 years old. Bring swim suit, towel, change of clothes, and lunch. Participants will have a chance to shadow guard during class. A lunch break will be provided.

Participants will learn communication and learn the proper techniques of teaching swim lessons. The program does not certify participants in the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Course. Participants must pass basic swimming skills test on the first day of class. Ages 12 – 15 years old. Bring swim suit, towel, change of clothes, and snack.
